Boho Wedding at Fireseed Catering at Whidbey Island, WA

What a beautiful day it was for Abby and Bo’s boho wedding at Fireseed Catering on Whidbey Island, WA! This beautiful couple are old friends of a friend, and I was SO happy to capture their wedding day. Abby, is from Alaska, like me which made this even more sweet and special. Abby & Bo wanted a casual, colorful wedding with a strong focus on family. It was a day filled with joy, love and celebration!

Getting Ready for Their Boho Wedding

The preparations for the wedding were just as amazing as the day itself! Bo got ready at his childhood home on the beach, a place filled with many cherished memories. The evening before, the groom and his friends had built a giant tiki bar on the beach for the rehearsal dinner, setting the tone for a fun and relaxed celebration. On the wedding day, the boys shared a drink at the tiki bar before heading to the venue, creating a moment of camaraderie and excitement. Meanwhile, Abby and her bridal party got ready at a family cabin on the water giving all the beach vibes. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and anticipation. It was a beautiful setting that perfectly complemented the day’s celebrations.

The Wedding Venue: Fireseed Catering

Fireseed Catering is a venue that I can’t wait to shoot at again! The setting is stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for Abby and Bo’s wedding. The venue offers amazing food that delighted all the guests, making the celebration even more memorable. It’s a place that truly understands how to host an unforgettable celebration! One of my favorite photos from the day is of the couple and their friends with a vintage car. It was a moment that captured the essence of their wedding a blend of style, nostalgia, and joy. The couple’s attention to detail was evident throughout the day, from the decorations to the little personal touches that made the event uniquely theirs.

Beautiful Moments from the Boho Wedding

The wedding was filled with heartfelt moments that will be cherished forever. One particularly cute detail was the seashell candles made by Bo and his mom. Over the course of their wedding planning, they collected little seashells to make these beautiful candles, which they gave away as gifts to their guests. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to their wedding day.

Overall, Abby and Bo’s wedding was a true reflection of their personalities and love for their families. It was a day full of happiness, laughter, and unforgettable moments. I am grateful to have been a part of it and can’t wait to return to Fireseed Catering! Ready for me to capture your amazing wedding next?
