While searching venues for their elopement Wyatt and Ursula stumbled upon this abandon church in the middle of nowhere Oregon. While they meant to look up venues in Grass Valley California there just so happens to be a Grass Valley Oregon with the exact vibes they wanted all along. The following weekend they drove out to view it and sent me pictures and I was hooked. I knew it was going to be one of a kind elopement. The two had a private ceremony at a small airbnb with family only and met me here after for photos. We laughed, dodged rusty nails, broken floorboards and stumbled upon some beautiful sites all around the church. The two’s calm loving demeanor for each-other is something we all dream of and shines through in every photo, just see how Wyatt looks at his bride. So heres to Wyatt and Ursula, and an ever lasting love!
Heres to Wyatt and Ursula and their ever lasting love for adventure, haunted churches, and each other!
We hired McKenzie to take photos for our wedding and couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience! She was extremely professional and timely with her communication. She is committed to her clients, takes absolutely stunning photos and strives to provide the best experience possible. Not many photographers that would be willing to take engagement photos in January at 20 below… but McKenzie did! She was a dream on our wedding day, keeping us calm and reminding us to enjoy the little moments. We loved working with her and are thankful to now call her a friend! If you have any doubts, push them aside, she will exceed all your expectations!
